About Breaking Racial Bias
Breaking Racial Bias course
The course is a 15-hour learning experience with interactive videos, worksheets, meditations, and assessments.
The course is designed to achieve two goals:
To provide learners with the essential history, sociology, economics, and science of systemic racism and racial bias to support comprehension of the causes and impacts of racial inequality; and
To train teams in our PRISM® Toolkit that reduces the habit of stereotyping and strengthens the ten competencies needed to advance antiracism and DEIB.
How does Breaking Racial Bias measure learning?
Our proprietary assessment tool, the BE MORE Diagnostic, measures, and tracks growth on the ten competencies of the BE MORE Journey.
Rooted in leading organizational psychology and behavioral science metrics, the BE MORE Diagnostic provides a quantitative score before and after course completion.
